Honda Ridgeline Review

The base price for the Honda Ridgeline falls just under $30,000, a fairly expensive ask for a truck that fails to occupy a comfortable space in the cab and bed world. It’s not quite big enough to be a full half ton truck but it’s bigger than most midsize pickups. Generally people want one or the other so it’s hard to believe there’s a big crowd waiting for a truck that falls somewhere in between.

Despite the size issues the Honda Ridgeline offers an amazing drive. It’s smooth and easy and it performs well with a 3.5 liter V6 engine. You can tell the Honda Ridgeline was built off of an SUV design but the tradeoff is the great driving and the high quality engine (although that probably comes from all of Honda’s racing experience). The five foot bed is the biggest issue with the truck so it’s not great for big moving tasks.
